This tier is tailored for conferences, summits, and mega events requiring multiple zones, branded environments, and cohesive designs across the entire space.
We collaborate with your team to build a custom décor package that supports your vision, audience experience, and event scale, no templates, just intentional design.



All rental pricing includes white glove delivery, setup, and teardown of our luxury props & décor by our expert staff.
Rental Service Areas:

- Metro Detroit and Surrounding Areas
Oder Minimums:
Our rentals require a minimum booking total of $1,000. To secure your date, a non‑refundable 50% retainer is due at the time of booking. Each invoice will also include a refundable damages deposit, the greater of $250 or 25% of your total invoice.
